Goal Planning Session

This is a single session aimed at organizing the ambitious thoughts in your head, and creating structure around the goals you want to achieve. We’ll chat about what you truly want, and what you need to do to achieve it. We will break down your goal, step-by-step, leaving you with an actionable plan to execute in the wild.

Coaching Package

Choose from 6 or 12 individual coaching sessions across 3 to 6 months.

We’ll begin by assessing the current satisfaction level of each area of your life, as well as your strengths, values, and desires. Based on this, we’ll build a custom plan with structured monthly goals so you can achieve results, fulfill your potential, and unlock your Best Life.

Coaching includes:

  • Two to four 60-minute individual coaching sessions per month.

  • ONGOING 1:1 SUPPORT: Dedicated accountability partner who will challenge/empower you to follow through. Accessible in between calls.

  • GOAL SETTING: Identify goals and create a roadmap to achieve them.

  • SELF DISCOVERY: Discover your values, strengths, weaknesses, and develop tools to leverage and manage them.

  • TOOLS & FRAMEWORKS: Shift your mindset for what's possible by creating new stories and perspectives that will serve you in your endeavors.

  • SAFE SPACE: Confidential calls where we will explore the deeper topics of life in a positive, forward-thinking manner.

Currently offering a discounted rate as I accrue hours towards ACC/CPCC certification.

The Coaching Process

 

Discovery

 

Sessions 1 and 2

The first few sessions are discovery-focused: outlining who you are, what you want to achieve, and next steps. This includes a life audit, strength + saboteur assessment, and crafting an actionable plan to your dream future.

 

Execution

 

Sessions 3-5 or 3-11

Time to work! We will dig into topics and action items we identified in the previous sessions. Each session you will bring a topic you’d like to focus on and come away with next steps to keep moving forward.

 

Closing

 

Last Session

All good things come to an end, and my job is to coach myself OUT of a job. We will explore what has changed for you and what’s next as we close our partnership.
